The Academy Chorro offers four-bedroom unit layouts with high customizability. Each floorplan offers configurability within spacious options. Units have private individually-keyed bedrooms, two generously large bathrooms, and spacious living areas. Luxury interior finishes offer a comfortable, familiar feeling experience conducive to social and academic success.
We offer the best student housing experience San Luis Obispo has to offer. We’ve cultivated an environment evoking a sense of comfort and a feeling of luxury. Private bedrooms feature a spacious Full-XL bed, wardrobe, dresser set, and a desk with a desk chair. Each bathroom comes with a glass-enclosed shower, two individual sinks with storage space, and a modern design. Head out to the living room to find a couch, loveseat, coffee table, end table, and 55″ smart TV with a TV stand. Next to the living room, the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator that makes ice, a sink that has a garbage disposal, soft-close cabinetry, a dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven. No more struggling to find quarters – each apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer.

The Academy Chorro is surrounded by a community full of things to do, but residents don’t even have to leave the building to find entertainment! On our first floor, residents can find areas of recreation and study. Take a moment to see the latest shows in our lounge area, play a game of 8 ball on our modern-styled pool table, or get a workout in with our state-of-the-art gym. Head over to the study rooms to find private, soundproofed study rooms equipped with TVs and HDMI cables set up for group projects and virtual learning. Print on our 24/7 free printer from your personal device. Head to the second floor to find the courtyard. The courtyard is sprawling with many areas to sit and enjoy the sun, equipped with a grill and needed grilling accessories, as well as a TV to enhance the outdoor atmosphere. For the best views in town, head to the fourth floor where there is furniture set up for leisure and work as well as a TV for viewing pleasure.
