We make it easy for students to find compatible roommates through complimentary roommate-matching services for each of our four-bedroom apartment layouts. We request that each resident completes and submits a comprehensive questionnaire detailing information about their preferred lifestyle, interests, hobbies, habits, and class schedules, among additional details for ideal roommate selection. Once our team receives and reviews each resident’s responses, we then pair roommates based on compatible results. The safety of our residents is our top priority. We strive to make our off campus community safe for all residents and work hard to provide parents with the comfort of knowing their students are safe and comfortable in their environment. We employ a highly skilled management team and offer 24-hour on-call emergency and security cameras throughout our property. What’s more, each apartment is individually keyed with secure, electronic entry on the front doors. Our electronic locks offer record logs of use and permit maintenance keys to function only during designated hours throughout the week.
Our apartments near Cal Poly are built using high-quality materials and outfitted with durable furniture and brand new, full-size appliances. Even so, we employ an experienced maintenance and management team in order to ensure residents are never without help if the need arises. Our on-location staff is available 24/7 to fulfill any maintenance needs both promptly and effectively.
