Here are the top farmers markets that take place throughout the week and are located close to our student apartments.
Arroyo Grande Farmers Market
For those with a busy schedule, The Arroyo Grande Farmers Market offers shoppers two market days. The first is Wednesday mornings from 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and the second is Saturday afternoons from 12:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. These markets are in different locations and vendors sell everything from the freshest produce to artisan products.
Morro Bay Farmers Market
Just off Highway 1, the Morro Bay Farmers Market is a small community market that happens Thursday afternoons from 2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Check out the vendors who come from farms near and far to sell their fruits, vegetables, and seasonal goods at this special seaside location.
SLO Farmers Market
The biggest market in San Luis Obispo, the Saturday morning market runs from 8:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. With over 60 vendors there are options for everyone to get their hands on locally produced food and handcrafts.
Downtown SLO Farmers Market
Check out the Downtown San Luis Obispo Farmers Market, every Thursday evening from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Not only can you find fresh produce to buy for the home, but this market also serves a variety of prepared foods.
