The Dallidet Adobe and Garden

Located on Pacific Street, this famous adobe was built in 1856 by a Frenchman named Pierre Hypolite Dallidet. The Dallidet family occupied the Victorian home for 100 years before it officially became a part of SLO's history. While the Dallidet family lived here, the vineyard and orchard became very dear to them. Explore the garden areas and learn about the different types of grapes that the family planted and processed. Go to take in the beautiful sights created by the crops and plants. The home's unconventional wine cellar, peculiar layout, and gorgeous garden draws its visitors in and transports them to another time. You can go here to find out more about when the Dallidet Adobe and Garden is open to the public and view their special events calendar.
