These days, more and more mobile kitchens are hitting the streets, serving up gourmet meals with high-quality ingredients. Food trucks are definitely a trend on the rise across the nation, and our community in San Luis Obispo is no exception. This mobile caterer specializes in wedding receptions and formal events, but also has been spotted around SLO at community festivals. The chefs at B&TW serve gourmet Neapolitan-style pizzas fresh from their wood-fired stove. Have you ever seen a truck with a chimney?
